Of Rosalind & Touchstone

You speak to me in lines full of care and thought
with context I can't fathom,
yet still calms my soul that screams,
"Kill me.
Sweetly, with bad poetry
and too much modern English;
Outdated and sugared Shakespearean verse."
For I am lost within my world
which knows only the cliches and chaos
and isn't prepared for the things you bring.
We speak in circles. and spirals.
And in wisdom and wit,
both disguised in banter.
A convoluted message from fate's hand-written law.

So tell me when you find the truth.

With love,
La Anonyme
